 'Omaat, Omaat, Omaat,...take a breath, and now sigh it out...let the anxiety and anticipation of life and its forcefield flow through your breath, through your body and through your inner beauty. Because the truth is dear ones, all we can see is inner beauty in each and every one of you.

 Your minds have convinced you otherwise, and your minds have convinced you of many things that are not true, including lies and manipulations

 For something perhaps you have not understood before and we have not perhaps shared before - when you take on the belief system of another being, whether it be a parent, a politician, a priest, or a friend, the magnetic force and the strength of your mental energies then creates an imprint within your own thought systems, an imprint, that, if it's believed to be correct, becomes a magnetic force field within the electrics of your brains.

 For understand, we are talking of your sacred sight today and the intuitive gifts that you've all been told you either don't have or it's too dangerous to have, or are too weird to have.

 These are all belief systems that have been imprinted within your mental energy field that have become so strong, that this is what stops you (you believe) from connecting.

 So, the last thing most of you truly believe, if you're honest with yourselves, the last thing you truly think, is that you even possess inner beauty.

 But if you drop down into the vastness and sacredness of your heart, you will feel that inner beauty without fail.

 And we understand the frustration of you trying to connect well, not just with the spirit world, but with your own intuition.

However, you cannot possibly expect to connect to any degree if you are not in your body!

Understanding Your Psychic Connection Challenges

 Now this could be the complete opposite teaching to what you've been given in the past about psychic development, and that would not surprise us in the least, because you must look at your motivation and why you want to expand your psychic awareness.

 You have to look at your intention on why you so desperately wish to connect to the spirit world.  

And if at any moment, the intention is coming from the fear that you do not want to be in your human body anymore?

Well, then you are going to fail in connection, because the fear is far greater than the desire.

 And why is the fear greater than the desire?

 Because of the imprints of belief systems that have magnetized so deeply in the mind, that are now having an impact on the nervous system, causing in most beings some form of anxiety within the body or some form of fear within the gut.

 And yes, we can hear your mind saying… Well, it's pretty hopeless, isn't it? Why are we even having this master class?

 Because we are going to show you the way around the mind so you do not waste another moment believing that you cannot connect.

 Also understand, you always have the free human will not to connect.

 And you see this all over your planet, of beings who are in such fear of connecting to something they cannot see and have been told to fear from a very young age, and not just in this lifetime, but many preceding this one.

 The Foundation for Sensory Connection

 'The 5 senses serve as antennas that ground and enable higher intuitive senses for a stable soul connection.' - Min

 Your body has what you term five senses and these five senses, in fact, are the foundation for a consistent, clear, conscious connection with your own soul and that of spirit.

 Your five senses are antennas that, when activated, allow the more refined antennas of intuition and the other senses to be awoken.

 Now, many of you have had experiences of what we term sixth and seventh sense within your dream & meditation states. And we have taught of this before, and we will cover this topic as well in this transmission.

 You have all had experiences of sixth and seventh senses, and then when you are back into, what often you feel is the brutality of the physical body, your mind tells you that you have lost contact, you have lost connection, you have lost the gift.

 But what you may not realize is the bodies antennas of those five senses are the most fundamental psychic senses, that when developed, and when allowed to flow, will then become the rock, the stability, the consistency for the other more refined senses to open.

 Because dear ones, we have said from day one, if you are not completely grounded within your body, you cannot open yourself safely to the capacity of the frequencies, the power and the information available to you from your soul and from spirit.

 And we want you to take a nice deep breath in and out of your heart centres and say to yourself, be here now in your body.

 And if your mind is taking you off through its lower vibration of fearful images, bring yourself back.

 Bring yourself back into the body, because this is not just about development of your natural psychic senses. This is about bringing stability enough to the body and its five senses, its five spiritual qualities, so you may also completely embody your higher self.

 Now, many words and descriptions and images have been thrown around through the ages, about spirit, about soul, about human, but we want you to understand the whole complete expanded psychic aspect of you is your higher self, or what we term your soul self.

 And of course, the ancient Greek word for soul is psyche.

 This is what psychic is. It is your soul dear ones..

 But unless the five senses are open, the soul cannot transmit its feelings, its wisdom & its guidance through the physical body and into your life.'
